The Modani Real Estate Professional Referral Program is exclusively intended for licensed real estate professionals referring clients who make qualifying purchases at Modani.

To be eligible for a referral reward of up to $1,000, the referring agent must submit the Referral Submission Form before their client completes a purchase. The reward amount is based on the final qualifying purchase value (excluding taxes, fees, or delivery charges) and must meet or exceed the program’s tiered thresholds.

Thresholds must be met in a single transaction. Multiple smaller purchases cannot be combined to qualify for a reward tier.

Referrals are only valid for first-time Modani customers. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. One reward per referred client. The referring professional must submit the Referral Reward Claim Form within 60 days of the purchase date to receive payment. Late submissions will not be honored.

Modani reserves the right to verify all submitted information and deny any claim that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or does not comply with program rules. Reward amounts, eligibility criteria, and program terms are subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice.
