Before your client makes a purchase, submit their information through the online Referral Submission Form.

Your Client Shops at Modani

Your referred client can shop online or in-store.

Their purchase will automatically qualify you for commission as long as the referral was submitted prior to checkout.

STEP 3

Claim Your Reward

Once your client’s order has been delivered, click the link below to access the Reward Claim Form and submit your request.

Our team will verify the order and your eligibility, then issue your 5% commission by check. CLAIM REWARD
