In-Home Standard Delivery (within 70 miles of a showroom):

- Delivered directly to your chosen room.
- Includes delivery up to one flight of stairs.
- Assembly not included.

- Up to $1,000: $99
- $1,000 to $3,500: $159
- $3,500 to $5,000: $199
- $5,000 to $7,500: $249
- $7,500 and above: 3%

In-Home Premium Delivery (within 70 miles of a showroom):

- White glove service with delivery to your room of choice.
- Includes assembly and removal of packaging.
- Delivery up to one flight of stairs.

- Up to $1,000: $149
- $1,000 to $3,500: $309
- $3,500 to $5,000: $349
- $5,000 to $7,500: $399
- $7,500 and above: 6%

Curbside Delivery (outside 70-mile showroom radius):

- Delivery to the curb or end of driveway.
- Customer is responsible for transport beyond that point.

- $7,500 and above: 7%

Premium delivery incurs an additional 5% of the order subtotal.

Your order will be shipped via a reliable small-parcel carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) for items that are compact and lightweight.

Orders under $99: $19.95 flat rate
Orders $100 - $200: $29.95 flat rate
Orders $200–$499: $39.95 flat rate

When Will My Order Arrive?

In-stock items typically take up to 3 business days to process. Due to high order volumes and safety precautions, processing may extend to 1–2 weeks. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and selected delivery method. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Returns for convenience are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be shipped to our Miami, FL distribution center at your expense. Please contact our Customer Service at 800-606-7319 to initiate a return.Items purchased as clearance, marked as Final Sale, or as Floor Samples are not eligible for return.

"This is excessively priced for the lack of quality it has. Within a month, the cushions have started to come apart. If anything gets spilled, there is no cleaning because it pulls the color out. When called about this not holding up to the price tag, you are told should've gotten the warranty. A week to return is absurd for paying over 2,000 dollars. Absolutely disgusted with this company."

Not exactly a sofa

"This is more line a stack of cushions than a sofa. We bought two single bed platforms on Amazon to prop the cushions up off the floor and I can’t imagine not having done that as there wouldn’t be any structure whatsoever. Pros: super cool looking. Reminds us of a boho apartment and the fabric could have been right off Jimi Hendrix’s jacket. It’s big, exactly the size of 2 twin beds. The colors make even a boring vanilla room fun and exciting. The material is 100% cotton (though the fill is polyester. ) Cons: the cushions sag, even the back ones (you must prop this against a wall. ). The fabric isn’t color fast-if you spill something on it and blot or wipe it off, prepare to lose color. The buttons poke you if you sit on them. I highly recommend buying the warranty- without it nobody will talk to you about a cushion replacement. I just bought some scotch guard and will try that for protection but in the meantime we put a blanket down on it which doesn’t look great. The cushions sag and require flipping. I imagine someday we will move this from our main living room to a den or as guest beds in a guest room. Definitely unique and cool. For the sale price it beats the heck out of the usual Wayfair and box store options."

"This couch definitely requires a base unless you want to feel like you're sitting in a Bedouin tent. A plywood sheet with 4" legs added works perfect!) I was looking for a couch that fits in our boho style sun room (furnished with Moroccan lamps and some ornate Indian furniture). This was definitely it. But it's too flimsy to fit in a formal setting as it's shown on the website. I added some throw pillows picking up colors from the couch itself and it looks great!"
